Our philosophy is to be professional yet conscious of company and family history while also having a social conscious toward the people and environment where you are located. Selling your own company is probably the most far-reaching experience of an entrepreneur – particularly if a total sale is involved. Often the name of the company is identical with the family name. Frequently forefathers have established and expanded the enterprise over multiple generations. Moreover, for typical family companies the ownership or shareholder structure is frequently fragmented – in the event of a   sale there must be allowances for many interests. In addition there is the social conscience: If the firm is an essential employer, or even the only employer in the area, an objective evaluation of all consequences arising from the sale becomes difficult.
There is another aspect that should not be neglected: How often have you negotiated with potential interested parties concerning the sale of your company? We support you with our own experience gained from successfully selling many companies.
